Sam Riad, Broker
Sameh Riad is a full-service real estate broker based in Southern California. He is the senior partner of ViceRoy Realty and has been with the company since 2011. Sam dedicates his time, energy, and skill to help home buyers succeed. His level of dedication continues to exceed expectations year after year.
Sam has an extensive background in Real Estate Sales, Management, and Finance. In his spare time, he oversees home improvement projects where his hands-on approach leaves his clients very satisfied.
Destiny Drake, Managing Partner
Destiny Drake joined Mohamed and Sam as the Managing Partner. Destiny transitioned from Keller Williams Realty, having worked for the Marina del Rey, Westwood, and Brentwood offices. She’s a licensed Real Estate professional with significant executive leadership accomplishments in the areas of marketing and communications.
Destiny holds a BA in Public Relations, from California Baptist University, and is trained in Fair Housing and Landlord/Tenant Rights. She works closely with staff members, assisting in all aspects of office management and operations. She manages brand development, training programs, office communications, and develops/monitors systems for compliance.
Destiny is an elected official for the City of Los Angeles. She serves as the Vice President of the Central Area Neighborhood Development Council, representing over 20,000 residents and stakeholders.
